How do I keep my macarons fresh?
As soon as you receive your macarons, place them in the refrigerator at 0◦C to 5◦C. Elevete macarons are best eaten from the refrigerator.
To taste the perfect crisp-chewy texture, Elevete macarons are best consumed within a week after purchase.
What is the size of the macarons?
Elevete macarons are a generous size of 4.5cm to 5cm. We like to give you more than just one bite!

How do I travel with my desserts?
Keep your desserts chilled at all times! If possible keep it in a ice box with minimal vibration as most desserts are fragile and delicate, not only in whole but also in your mouth!

Do you deliver? And where?
We offer free delivery to selected areas in the Klang Valley. Please check our delivery area page. Once you have made your purchase via our online store, we will process your order to be delivered to the shipping address you provide.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For orders placed before 9pm, they will be delivered on the next day. Orders are delivered Mondays to Saturdays, between 10am – 5pm, excluding public holidays.
- An order placed on Tuesday at 8pm, will be delivered on Wednesday
- An order placed on Wednesday at 10pm, will be delivered on Friday
- An order placed on Saturday/Sunday, will be delivered on Monday
My postcode is not in the delivery area. Can I still place an order?
Yes, you can arrange for pick up of your order from SS2, Petaling Jaya between 9am – 6pm, Mondays to Saturdays. Please call +6018 370 3770 once you have placed your order to arrange exact pick up time and location.

How do I make payment?
We accept pre-payment online via bank transfer or credit/debit card, via our payment gateway iPay88.
Is my credit/debit card number safe when making payment?
Your credit/debit card number or online banking details are safely handled by our payment gateway, iPay88, which is secured by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. None of your payment information are handled, processed or stored by Elevete.
Why isn’t there a padlock/secure icon in my browser’s address bar when ordering?
Don’t worry! None of your payment information (credit/debit card number, online banking details) are ever sent to Elevete’s website. All payment information is handled by our payment gateway, iPay88. None of your payment information are handled, processed or stored by Elevete.
