This gender reveal cake is a confectionery creation that conceals the baby's gender until it's time for the big reveal! The exterior of the cake is covered in smooth buttercream frosting and beautiful dual-coloured chocolate drips, to enhance the much-awaited mystery: BOY OR GIRL?
The mystery lies within our popular Lemon Poppyseed moist cake sponge. When the moment comes to reveal the baby's gender, cutting into the cake exposes a hidden layer of either blue or pink sprinkles, which symbolises whether the latest addition to the family, would be a boy (blue) or a girl (pink).
